Minutes for the
BOX HILL & RIGHTS OF WAY
committee meetings

These are two separate committees, but the same councillors sit on both.
However, some members of the public also sit on the Box Hill committee
They both sit on the same day, one follows immediately after the other!

Please note that as from the 1st April 2011 the minutes for these two committees will be combined into a single report - although itemised separately.
