Box Parish Council receives copies of planning applications for properties within its boundary.
These applications are discussed at Parish planning committee meetings held on two Thursdays every calendar month.

The Parish Council welcomes the public to attend these meetings and make representation.

The Parish Council does NOT decide whether permission is given or not.
It is just a statutory consultee.    It merely makes representation to the Planning Officer.
