Box Parish Council receives copies of planning applications for properties within its boundary.
These applications are discussed at parish planning committee meetings held
on two Thursdays every calendar month.     Click  < HERE > for these dates.
The minutes of the meetings are published < HERE >

The parish council encourages the public to attend these meetings
if they wish to make representation; either for or against a proposal.

The parish council does NOT decide whether permission is given or not.
It is merely a statutory consultee.    It only makes representation to the planning officer.

Please note that sometimes - (rarely), an application listed on an agenda is deferred to the next meeting.
