Here's one to get on with................

Do you use those cardboard 1 litre packs of long-life milk or fruit juice (Tetra-packs) ?

They CAN be re-cycled as cardboard. To reduce 'volume', remove the plastic pourer, 'unpick' the four glued triangular 'foldovers' and then squash flat.  Recycle at the Household Recycling Centre

HOWEVER..... try using them as FLOWERPOTS for growing seedlings. (see photo)

To do this, cut off the top about an inch from the top.  Cut a couple of small holes in the bottom for water drainage.  You then have a very strong seedling container.  Once your seedlings have grown, you can cut the container open to reveal the plants.  You can then re-cycle as cardboard !
