Library
A branch of the Wiltshire Council Library Service is situated in the Selwyn Hall. Now run by volunteers.
From September 5th 2011 the opening hours will be :

Monday            2 – 5pm
Tuesday          closed
Wednesday     closed
Thursday         10am – 1pm
Friday              1  – 7pm
Saturday          closed

There is a computer with an internet link and word processing programme available free to everyone.
Either book ahead or 'pop-in' and take a chance.

Petrol Station
 The Ashley 'ESSO' garage is on the Bath Road just
a couple of hundred yards
from the village centre, in the direction of Bath.
It has an integral, small  'Budgens'  supermarket.

Opening Hours : Monday to Friday : 6.30am to 10.30pm
Saturday 7am to 10.30pm
Sunday 7.30am to 10.30pm

 Chemist
 Box Pharmacy in the High Street is run by Chris Edwards :
Dispensing chemist.
Films developed, and all the usual remedies for coughs and colds!

Opening hours
Monday to Friday : 9am to 1pm then lunch then  2.15pm to 6.30pm
Saturdays : 9am to 1pm
At other times an 'Emergency Cover' notice is displayed on the door
